Lousy & Trying to Scam Buyer on the Lens by Futuromic Pricing & Wordings

Had very bad experience with Futuromic - Bought the Lens Tamron 100-400mm A035 for Nikon at an "Offer" price of RM3,240. Normal price is RM3,580. The Order is "Back Order 1 Month"
Less than 2 weeks later, received a notification stating the lens have "arrived"
Asked for the serial number and was told the serial number is 002955
I replied to say that this is the first batch of production almost 4 years ago !!!
A supervisor by the name of Ms. Suze spoke to me and told me the followings :
1) This lens was from Tamron Japan & comes with 3 years warranty bah bah bah

2) You never said anything about the serial number
3) If you want the latest batch of lens with the latest serial number, then we cannot sell to you at this price. Have to be higher price

4) I told her about the initial batch of production which have quality control issues which she replied she never heard of

My Answer/Questions posed to her are :
5) what does back order 30 days means ? The normal definition in the dictionary is waiting for the sold out units to be manufacture again and then deliver to the customers. In this case, Futuromic just merely scouting around its dealer for unsold old units and sell back to unsuspecting customers !!

6) Her reply that the lens was from Tamron Japan. This is just a broad sweeping of marketing talks to an uneducated person. Of course, the lens is from Tamron Japan. Does she implied that there could be a Tamron imitation lens on the market ? All the Tamron lenses in all the countries are of course from Tamron Malaysia. Its is a matter of whether the lens is from "Gray or Imported Market" which may affect the local warranty. As I am from Sabah, I would have difficulty of sending back the lens back & forth should it develops issues later on, even with the warranty. So would i buy the initial batch of lens ?

6) She had the cheek to reply that i did not say anything about the earliest batch of lens or serial number !!! Who would have thought Futuromic would go out its way to "cheat" its customers by scouting its dealers for unsold earliest batch of lens ?? Remember your online statement "Backorder 30 days" ?

7) By her admitting that the latest batch costs more, at least to me, it seems there could be a variation of QC in the lens ? So, the "cheaper offered" price is not a cheaper price after all. It is to mask an effort to clear out old stocks

8) She said she had no heard of any issues regarding this lens. In this case, i suggest Futuromic request its staff to read the reviews on Amazon , B&H Photo Video, Adorama on "credible" customers reviews and feedbacks. Not the mentioned on "credible " YouTube reviews. Please do not use the sentence "I have not heard any issues..". Just because you have not heard about it does not necessarily means there is no issues at all

In the end, she suggested to cancel the order which i agreed. She claimed there was a misunderstanding between us
This, I totally disagreed !! To me, you are trying to pass on a possible inferior lens. If you want to scout around your dealers for unsold earliest batch of lens, then please do not put the words "Back Order 30 days"
I am using Nikon Z system. To think Futuromic is one of the 2 distributors & by using these business tactics, I really missed Nikon Malaysia
